February 2026 - INSULATORS ( for boat maritime )
Fair Spirit is hiring as follows:
We are now looking for 4 new "INSULATORS" ( for maritime ) for start mid-February 2026.
Here are our following requirements for this job:
At least two years of experience as an insulator (for boat maritime)
You must be able to take and give instructions from the foreman who speaks English.

Start-up: Mid-February 2026
Contract length: Can be long-term.
Possibilities for saving hours according to Rotation: 6 - 2 (53 hours per week) 4 - 2 rotation is possible for those living in the Nordic countries and Poland
Cover of company:
Travel (in accordance with rotation)
Accommodation. Adlandtoppen Hybelbygg
Food money per hour work 18,-
Car (5 - 9 seats)
We only cover luggage the first and last flights per project.
Some want us to order luggage and that we can do and deduct this from your salary.
Agreement and hourly wage for our employees at OMA:
Hourly wage 272,- (270,64 first year)Total with additions NOK 290,-
Additions, food money 18,- per hour (working hours).
