Senior Assistant Housekeeper for AIDA Cruises

GOOD WINDS Marine Services is recruiting Senior Assistant Housekeeper for Passenger vessels:

Owner: AIDA CRUISES

Departure: June 2025

Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Senior Assistant Housekeeper is responsible for overall supervision of guest and crew areas including main laundry. His main duty is management over guest staterooms. He or she must be ready at any time to fulfill duties of Executive Housekeeper during his or her absence.
2. Senior Assistant Housekeeper must demonstrate same or similar skills and knowledge to Executive Housekeeper. He or she must navigate perfectly all safety related software programs: HESS platform; ConSense and apply them in daily operations.
3. Senior Assistant Housekeeper will ensure that entire department adheres to all related procedures.
4. Senior Assistant Housekeeper will keep informed Executive Housekeeper of any discrepancies related to the operation :
-linen inventory
-equipment and machine maintenance
-crew issues
-guest complains
-shortages of supplies
5. Senior Assistant Housekeeper will develop, train and keep up to date middle management with all relevant procedures.
