MARITIME Cooks - Ferry - Mediterranean SEA

Fair Spirit is hiring as follows:
We are currently looking for experienced maritime cooks to work on board passenger ferries operating in the Mediterranean area.
Specifically, we are interested in candidates for the following positions, as per Italian rules:
3rd Cook
2nd Cook
1st Cook
Head Cook / Chief Cook

Payrate : is 3,600 EUR per month.

The rotation lasts 3 months (+/-1 month) on board, followed by a 1.5-month break.

The ideal candidates should already possess, or be able to obtain within a short timeframe, the certifications and documentation required for embarkation on passenger ferries, including:
Valid passport
Seaman's book / Seafarer's documentation
STCW certifications
Security awareness training
Medical fitness certificate for seafarers
HACCP certification
Ship's cook's certification

Please note that our priority is candidates who already hold maritime certifications and are eligible to work on passenger ferries in Italy.
We are not looking for hotel or restaurant cooks without maritime qualifications.
