Safety coaches for UAE , QATAR, SAUDI - September
Fair Spirit Shipping is hiring as follows:
We are looking for six (06) Safety Coaches that will work initially in Saudi, but then will visit also vessels in UAE and Qatar.
The scope of the safety coach as per below:
1. Junior officer (deck or engine) with at least one year sea time on oil, chemical and or LNG tanker with high regards to safety - preferably.
2. Junior officer (deck or engine) with offshore experience with high regards to safety - this requirement is not compulsory but optional if no candidates are found as described on point 1
3. Very good command of English language.
5. Good communication skills and engaging with people.
6. Any HSE certification such as Train-the-Trainer, Leadership, NEBOSH, OSHA, Auditor, Accident Investigation, Human Factors would be great but not compulsory.
7. Rotation is 60x60
8. Salary offered USD 200 daily while working
9. Scope of work is to coach ratings and officers in safety using mostly Human Factors as tool.
10. The position is onboard rotating on our vessels after a week or so on each.
11. Accepted candidates will be trained in Dubai, UAE for the scope of work.
