Extra Fitter for a 3-month contract

Job Opportunity: Extra Fitter

Embarkation Port: Antwerp
Embarkation Date: 13 August 2025
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Monthly Wage: Eur 3,050 (Net)
STCW Requirements: Not required for this extra position (No CoP III/4 or III/5 needed)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Repair and/or Replacement of Railings
Restore structural integrity and safety of railings affected by corrosion or damage.

Repair and/or Replacement of Fire Extinguisher Brackets and Electrical Outlets
Ensure secure installation and proper function of safety and electrical components.

Repair and/or Replacement of Door Hinges
Re-establish smooth and safe door operation compromised by wear or deformation.

Replacement of Pipes and Scupper Drains in Garages
Maintain efficient drainage systems critical for onboard safety and cleanliness.

Maintenance of Scupper Valves
Inspect and restore valve functionality to ensure proper deck drainage.

Remarks:

Contract duration may be extended based on performance and operational requirements.
Opportunity for additional bonuses.
Performance-based salary increases and promotions may be granted in subsequent contracts
