CREWING OPPORTUNITY: Motorman/Nightwatch - Passenger/Ro-Ro Ship (vehicles)
Join one of Europe's leading high-speed ferry operators!
Position: Motorman / Nightwatch
Embarkation: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3 months (renewable based on performance & operational needs - season ends in October) Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off (1:1)
Attractive Compensation Package:
Base Salary: €80.00 / day
Food Allowance: €24.00 / day (covers all meals)
Total Daily Package: €104.00
Payment: End of each month
Shifts: 12 hours/day
Note: No additional overtime or leave pay - fully consolidated in daily rate
Accommodation:
Provided by operator
Ashore housing
Single-bed room
Shared living areas
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Valid STCW certification & medical fitness
Relevant experience in similar role on high-speed/passenger vessels preferred
Ready for immediate embarkation
Strong team player with good communication skills
Flexible and committed until end of season (October)
