Good Winds Marine Services is currently recruiting Shop Attendant for RO-RO PAX
Requirements:
- Valid Seaman's Book;
- STCW Certificates;
- Valid Passport;
- Medical Certificate;
- Visa (preferred but not mandatory);
- English proficiency (minimum B1 level);
- Italian language skills are highly preferred;
- French language skills are considered an advantage;
- Contract Duration: 4 months +/- 1 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Onboard Shop Manager, the Shop Attendant will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service while maximizing onboard shop sales.
- Informing guests about current promotions, special offers, and shopping benefits.
- Ensuring merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, replenished, and protected against theft.
- Monitoring inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels in accordance with company procedures.
- Loading and unloading merchandise and keeping the stockroom organized, safe, and well-managed to prevent losses.
