Cadetship on tankers with BW Group Fleets (programme 2026)
Equally recruiting female and male student applicants for cadetship onboard oil tanker and gas fleets with the BW Group Companies.
BW Group Companies are top worldwide liquid products and liquified gas transporters with a strong seafaring culture, giving an equal chance and encouraging female officers / engineers to join the fleets, taking very seriously their future officers / engineers preparation for career.
No previous sea time requested. The applicants must have at least two years of studies fully completed (preferably three), be proficient in English both verbally and reading/writing, presenting a proper attitude towards cultural diversity and a future seafaring career. Erasmus Schoolarship can be accessed through respective school departments.
All our participants to the cadet programs and having successfully completed their tenure so far, were promoted to officer / engineer ranks with no exception.
