2nd Engineer for Service Operation Vessel

Minimum 6 months experience as 2nd Engineer
Previous experience onboard modern DP 2 offshore vessels
Mandatory experience on hybrid propulsion vessel
Familiarization with modern hybrid electric power systems, including integration of batteries or diesel electric propulsion
Understanding of DC power distribution, energy management systems, and performance monitoring of hybrid propulsion plants
Holding DP maintenance certificate
Excellent understanding of relevant industry standards, both O & G and renewables
Experience in supporting, sea trials, commissioning, and early stage operational readiness, rigging the ship during start up phase, handling of guarantee claims, preparation for a charter, building up a strong team onboard
Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical logs, defect tracking, and maintenance planning
