Senior shipbuilding surveyor in Haiphong/VIETNAM Shipyard
SEAWAY INTERNATIONAL is hiring a supervisor/senior shipbuilding surveyor as follows:
- Shipyard location: Haiphong, Vietnam
- Vessel type: Telecommunications cable-laying vessel
- Position: former chief engineer or superintendent with a site supervision background, the surveyor will have to monitor the quality of the shipyard (following the agreed inspection plan), the progress of the shipyard, the document management and reporting to our project team. He will also coordinate and manage the site team made of 5 people (Steel / Painting inspector; Quality engineer; Chief enginer; Deck officer; Cable laying officer)
- Assignment duration: 18 months
- Rotation: 10 days off every six weeks
- Working schedule: Five days per week at the shipyard
