- Durata contractuala: 4 WEEKS ON/OFF
- Salariu:
On rotation: €3,800/month
Off rotation: €2,000/month
Annual total: €34,800 (98% transferable, 2% non-transferable but withdrawable in local currency for personal expenses)
PROFILE REQUIRED:
-Minimum 8 years of professional experience as Head Chef, ideally in remote sites, offshore/onshore platforms, or military/industrial environments.
-Deep knowledge of international cuisine and large-scale food service operations.
-Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory - Italian language skills are highly appreciated.
-Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
-Experience in cost control, kitchen administration, and safety systems.
