Master DPO
Experienced Required - DPO-24 months on DP-AHTS/PSV vessel on the same rank
Marlins Requirement - Min 80% as overall score and subject score min 70%
Salary Rotation - PSV 375 USD plus OBP bonus 50 USD after passing evaluation// Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off

Chief Officer-DPO
Experienced Required - DPO 24 months on the DP- AHTS/ PSV vessel as Chief Officer-DPO
Marlins Requirement - Min 80% as overall score and subject score min 70%
Salary Rotation - 325 USD plus OBP bonus 30 USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off

2nd officer-DPO
Experienced Required - DPO 12 months on DP -AHTS/PSV Vessels as 2nd officer-DPO after obtaining DP unlimited Certificate
Marlins Requirement - Min 70% as overall score and subject score min 60%
Salary Rotation - 235 USD plus OBP bonus 25 USD// Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off

Chief engineer
Experienced Required - 24 months on DP-AHTS/PSV vessel as Chief Engineer
Marlins Requirement - Min 80% as overall score and subject score min 70%
Salary Rotation - 350 USD Max plus OBP bonus 40 USD // Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off

2nd Engineer
Experienced Required - 12 months experience as 2nd Engr on board AHTS/PSV-DP Vessels, should have DPM certificate .
Marlins Requirement - Min 70% as overall score and subject score min 60%
Salary Rotation - 225 USD plus OBP bonus 25 USD// Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off

ETO
Experienced Required - Min 24 months on DP-AHTS/PSV vessel as ETO , should have DPM certificate .
Marlins Requirement - Min 70% as overall score and subject score min 60%
Salary Rotation - 225 USD plus OBP bonus 25 USD// Half Daily rate during Familiarization period 4 month on/ 2 months off
