Barge Master for our upcoming cable lay project in the United States
Neopoint is looking for Barge Master, a senior-level professional with extensive experience in managing offshore barge operations, specifically within the cable lay and subsea installation sector.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in barge operations, mooring, anchor handling, and marine coordination
Proven track record on cable lay and trenching campaigns (renewables & telecoms)
Fully certified: STCW II/2, BOSIET/FOET, GWO, US visa (C1/D or B1 OCS)
Strong leadership, HSE awareness, and operational decision-making under dynamic offshore conditions
Project location: U.S. coastal waters (East Coast)
Start date: mid June
Rotation: 10 weeks on (or as per project requirement)
Contract type: Temporary or full project duration
