GOOD WINDS Marine Services is recruiting ENGINE CADETS/DECK CADETS/ ELECTRICAL CADETS for the well-known owner of passenger vessels, Aida Cruises:
Requirements:
- Students in 3rd & 4th year of Naval Academy of Maritime University and UMC (Constanta Maritime University) ;
- Students who graduated Naval Academy of Maritime University or UMC who still need cadetship;
- Advance English level;
- It is preferred one international voyage onboard a vessel;

Recruitment session consists in:
- Selection of applications as per requirements;
- Interview and seagull tests: technical and English;
- Preselection done by owner representatives;
- Personality, logical, reaction & concentration tests -online
- Interviews with owner representatives- online
- Each phase represents a selection test.
