Locksmiths - ROTTERDAM SHIPYARDS
Navicrew is recruiting experienced Locksmiths for a project in a shipyard in Rotterdam.
Responsibilities:
- Install and secure support structures for cables, equipment, and installations
- Assemble and install cable management systems (trays, ladders, trunking, conduits)
- Perform basic metalwork including cutting, drilling, bending, and fitting components
- Anchor and fasten structures using appropriate fixing systems (bolts, anchors, welding)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans
- Collaborate with electrical teams to prepare cable routing infrastructure
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modifications of existing systems
- Perform basic welding and grinding tasks when required
- Install supports for industrial equipment (panels, cabinets, machinery bases)
Airfare, transportation, accommodation (single or double room to EU nationality) are provided
Employment date: ASAP
Number of specialists: 5
Contract: 1/2 month on the project - 1/2 month at home (negotiable)
Requirements:
English: Level A2-B1 (interview required)
