First Officer for AIDA Cruises

Good Winds Marine Services is currently recruiting for AIDA Cruises the following open position for Summer 2026.

1. First Officer
Main offered conditions for 1st Officer :
Working contracts, registered in Italy;
Temporary contract with an attractive salary paid on a 3:2 month rotation ( in the first year); and 3:3 from second year onwards; Medical insurance, pension and social benefits;
Custom made professional trainings at CSMART in Almere, covered by the Company;

Your Profile:
You are holder of national STCW II / 2 Chief Mate unlimited;
Minimum twelve months net sea service as nautical watch officer incl. CoC
Experience in the cruise industry (no tanker and no container background as current position)
Ability to take full watchkeeping responsibility / experience as Watchleader
German language skills would be a great advantage, but not mandatory if the above points are strongly met;

Recruitment session consists in:
- Selection of applications + seagull tests: Technical and English - immediately, online from home;
- Personality & logical tests online;
- Interviews with owner representatives on Microsoft Teams.
Each phase represents a selection test.
