Chief Engineer & Second Engineer & ETO - for methanol-powered / methanol dual-fuel bunker tanker -
Fair Spirit is looking for following positions for a methanol-powered / methanol dual-fuel bunker tanker.Reportedly the world's first IMO II chemical bunker tanker of this kind.

Candidates must have previous tanker experience, with bunker tanker experience considered an advantage. They should have served on vessels equipped with diesel-electric propulsion and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and must hold a valid Advanced Chemical Tanker Certificate. As the vessel is dual-fuel, approved candidates will need to obtain Advanced IGF Certificate.
Expected joining date by mid of August, current crew is working with a 3 months on / 3 months off contract.
Chief Engineer - 12000-13000 euro
Second Engineer - 10000-11000 euro
ETO - 10000-11000 euro
The vessel has a deadweight (DWT) of about 7,990 tonnes.
Propulsion is diesel-electric, with onboard battery storage.
Is equipped with two mass flow meters (MFMs) to ensure accurate measurement of bunkered fuel volumes, in compliance with bunkering standards.
The vessel is built to carry alternative marine fuels such as green methanol and biofuels, besides conventional marine fuels.
