8 TIG/MAG Welders & Tank Fitters for Projects in Germany

Navicrew is recruiting 8 TIG/MAG Welders & Tank Fitters for Mannheim Project.

Employment date: ASAP
Location: Mannheim, Germany
Project Duration: Beginning of June 2026 - End of August 2026
Client Industry: Industrial Tank Construction

1. TIG/MAG Welders (Combination) - 8 positions
Specialization: Duplex stainless steel welding
- Material wall thickness: 16 - 22 mm
- All weld seams will be subject to ultrasound (UT) testing - high precision and responsibility required
- Language: English-speaking candidates strongly preferred; minimum 2 must be fully EN-proficient
- Certification: Valid WPS/welder qualification for duplex materials required

2. Tank Fitters (Assembly) - 2 positions
Specialization: Industrial tank assembly from duplex steel components
- Language: English-speaking candidates strongly preferred; minimum 1 must be fully EN-proficient
- Experience with large-diameter pressure vessels or storage tanks is an advantage

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with duplex stainless steel (2205 / 2507 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with NDT-controlled environments (ultrasound testing of all seams)
- Reliability and quality focus are essential - zero-defect mindset
- Availability from early June 2026
- Valid documents for work in Germany (EU passport or valid work permit)
