The aforementioned data are collected, stored and process for the purpose of the:
proposal to a potential employer;
communication of requirements on the organization and running of the activities aboard ship;
identification of the person for the purpose of the running of the personnel recruitment and placement process;
creation and management of a computer database on the Romanian territory concerning the applicants;
statistic surveys and analyses on our services;
meeting the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the recruitment process.
The personal data used for information and communication activities concerning the activities aboard ship are kept until the cancellation of this consent. The collected personal information shall not be used for any purpose other than the one stipulated in this document. The processing is done by automated and manual means.
The collected information is intended for the use by the controller for the indicated purpose and is sent to the following recipients:
ANR;
ship-owners;
governmental institutions, where a legitimate interest exists;
agents of the ships for the fulfillment of the formalities for the access aboard ships;
