Stargate Crewing Agency is a leading provider of marine crewing services to the global maritime industry. We specialize in supplying highly qualified seafarers to a wide range of clients, including ship owners, operators, and managers worldwide.

We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various vessel types
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Evaluating candidates' qualifications and professional experience
- Making hiring recommendations
- Maintaining and updating candidate records and databases
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting seafarers for RORO fleet will be considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of the maritime industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English
