We are looking for Crew Coordinator- REPAIR TEAMS to be a part of MSC Crewing Services (Romania).
1. Crew Coordinator - Organize and maintain crew rosters and shift schedules;Maintain accurate personnel records including certifications, contracts, and medical clearance; Ensure crew compliance with industry regulations
Minim 1 year experience in crewing and repair teams
Strong understanding of the maritime industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English
