Join us as a Crew Officer and take ownership of crew operations across our fleet- from crew changes and travel arrangements to compliance, training and performance.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage crew changes worldwide and prepare crew change plans.
- Ensure crew certificates are up to date and comply with STCW, Flag and company requirements.
- Make travel arrangements for seafarers and superintendents.
- Monitor crew evaluations, performance, training and feedback.
- Maintain close communication with vessels and seafarers.
- Conduct first interviews with job applicants.
- Visit vessels during port stays and meet crew onboard.

What you bring:
- Marine background.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and with 24/7 availability.
