We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Crewing Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and management of crew assignments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and assigning crew members to vessels or operational units;
- Maintain up-to-date crew databases, certifications, and documentation;
- Support communication between crew, management, and external partners;
- Monitor crew travel arrangements and ensure timely mobilization;
- Help ensure compliance with safety, training, and crewing regulations;
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the crewing department
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Proficiency in specific crew management systems is an advantage (but not required);
- Previous experience in crewing is an advantage (but not required);
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
