manning operations partner - constanta office

Zodiac Maritime Limited Romania is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manning Operations Partner to join our team in the Constanta office.

We are looking for a candidate with:

- Proven experience in crewing, recruitment, operations, training, or a similar maritime office role
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of officer recruitment, documentation, compliance, and crew change requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and support urgent operational matters when needed
- Previous experience in a senior or coordinating role would be an advantage
