We are looking for Junior Recruiting Coordinator & Crew Coordinator to be a part of MSC Crewing Services (Romania).
1. The Junior Recruitment Coordinator- will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment and selection of seafarers.
2. Crew Coordinator - Organize and maintain crew rosters and shift schedules;Maintain accurate personnel records including certifications, contracts, and medical clearance; Ensure crew compliance with industry regulations

Minim 1 year experience in crewing
Strong understanding of the maritime industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English
