WE ARE HIRING: RECRUITER - MARITIME CREWING
Good Winds Marine Services, a trusted name in the maritime industry, is growing! We are currently looking for a Recruiter with a keen eye for talent and experience in maritime crewing or HR. If you're organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced international team, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the maritime sector;
Strong English communication skills - both written and spoken;
Good understanding of crewing procedures and international maritime labor standards (STCW, MLC);
Excellent interpersonal, planning, and multitasking abilities;
Good sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
Willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge;
Ability to work under pressure.
Solid PC proficiency (MS Office, crewing databases/systems)

Responsibilities:
Sourcing and recruiting qualified seafarers across various ranks; Conducting interviews and assessments in collaboration with the Marine Personnel team;
Coordinating with owners and internal departments to ensure timely crew deployment;
Ensuring all candidate documentation is complete and compliant;
Maintaining up-to-date records in the company's recruitment database.
