WE ARE HIRING: MARINE PERSONNEL OFFICER (Crewing Operator)
Good Winds Marine Services, a well-established maritime service provider, is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Marine Personnel Officer with strong English communication skills.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maritime crewing or HR;
Advanced English skills - both written and spoken;
Solid understanding of STCW, MLC regulations, and crew documentation (contracts, certificates, visas, etc.);
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit;
Good PC skills (MS Office, crewing software/applications).

Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment, selection, and employment processes for seafarers;
Checking and maintaining up-to-date crew documentation;
Organizing crew changes and travel logistics;
Ensuring effective communication with internal departments and international partners;
Maintaining and updating the crew database.
