SMART GROUP is a FURUNO Type Specific ECDIS Training Centre in Constanta for Models FEA-2107/2807 and FMD-3200/3300, approved and audited by INTSC DENMARK, issued certificates are complied with STCW, ISM Codes and latest Flag requirements for various Organizations and States.

SMART GROUP is a Marlins Approved Test Centre in assessing English language for maritime personnel or offshore personnel, an independent company in Romania authorized to issue Marlins Certificates, also entitled to do TOSE Test Of Spoken English for Seafarers.
