Engine Cadet for Costa Crociere

GOOD WINDS Marine Services is recruiting ENGINE CADETS for the well known owner of passenger vessels, Costa Crociere:

Requirements:
- Students in 3rd & 4th year of Naval Academy of Maritime University;
- Students who graduated Naval Academy or Maritime University who still need cadetship;
- Advance English level;
- It is preferred one international voyage onboard a vessel;
- Availability for recruitment session and final interviews between 2-10.12.2025
-Embarkation prospect: End January 2026

Recruitment session consists in:
- Selection of applications as per requirements;
- Interview and seagull tests: technical and English;
- Preselection done by owner representatives;
- Personality, logical, reaction & concentration tests -online
- Interviews with owner representatives- online
o Each phase represents a selection test.
