looking for a regional recruiter

We are looking for a Regional Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple regions in support of Zodiac Maritime's diverse fleet portfolio and vessel types. The role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of adaptability and agility, able to respond to changing hiring demands while maintaining consistency in quality and delivery.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a holistic approach to recruitment, looking beyond immediate hiring needs and proactively identifying future talent pipelines, alternative sourcing channels, and market opportunities. This includes maintaining close oversight of sourcing strategies, continuously benchmarking against industry standards, and exploring innovative recruitment methods that can enhance efficiency and candidate reach.

The position also requires strong strategic awareness, with the ability to anticipate workforce trends, evaluate talent availability across regions, and align recruitment efforts with broader organizational objectives.

The position is full-time and is based at our office in Constanta.
