Key Responsibilities
** Provide general administrative and clerical support to the crewing team
** Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
** Assist in preparing, organizing, and updating crew files and documents
** Support with data entry and maintaining internal databases
** Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
** Assist with scanning, printing, filing, and office supply management
** Welcome visitors and ensure a professional office environment
** Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth daily operations
Requirements
** Previous experience in administrative or office assistant roles (experience in maritime/crewing industry is a plus)
** Good command of English, both written and spoken
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
** Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
** Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
** Good communication and interpersonal skills
** Team player with a proactive attitude
