HR Role:
- Manage and handle the organization employee' working contracts, annual medical check-up, labor safety requirments;
- Monitoring and register employees' leave and WfH periods;
- Maintain a proper coordination with Labor authority concerning organization's employees in accordance with Labor Law;
- Perform REVISAL entries in accordance with Romanian Labor legislation;
- Contribute to create a good working environment;
- Keep up dated the Internal Regulation Policy document and collective labor contract
Accountant Role:
- Assist Chief Accountant in day to day accounting-financial activity, follow up and communication towards crew/suppliers;
- Booking accounting transactions related to bank statements and petty cash;
- Ensure timely DoA preparation for external Clients and seafarers;
- Ensure proper coordination with private medical insurance and private pension providers;
- Assist Ch Accountant in audit process of financial transactions and documents;
- Comply with financial policies and regulation in Romania
Qualification and experience:
- Work experience on HR department and conversant with Romanian labor legislation and
- HR certification;
- Preferable some experience in the accounting field as support for accounting dept;
- Good communication skills of English language;
- Good computer literacy MS Office (Word/Excel /Outlook),
- Open and flexible willing to learn and develop a successful career;
- An understanding of shipping industry's particular demands will be an advantage;
- Good attention to details and good analytical skills;
Remuneration Package:
The remuneration package on offer is a market oriented one, together with private pension and health insurance and daily meal tickets.
