LUCENT CREW MANAGEMENT

Lucent Maritime, a subsidiary of the Lyonel A. Makzume Group of Companies was established in 2015 to provide Crew Management and support Ship Services to globally recognized shipowners. Lucent is the first MLC certified company operating crewing services based in Turkey and has also offices in Georgia and Romania.

Since its foundation, Lucent has operated as a manning office serving principals expecting services of high quality. In terms of our services, we provide shipowners with Georgian, Romanian and Turkish seafarers who are self-disciplined, hardworking, open to innovation and eager to learn.

Our aim in Quality Management and Improvement are to guide our seafarers in respect to education and certification in accordance with the international conventions.

Promoting the maritime sector of the countries we operate in internationally to become a benchm
