Fair Play Maritime Ltd. (the Agency), was established in Constanta, the Maritime hub of Romania, in June 1999 by Mr. Daniel Petre. In 2009 the Agency celebrated its 10th anniversary of operation.

Throughout the Agency has enjoyed an excellent reputation for the recruitment and deployment of certified, experienced Romanian officers and ratings for all ranks in all sectors of the Marine Industry.
